Job Description: Elevate Chiropractic, a leading chiropractic clinic, is seeking an experienced Massage Therapist to join our dedicated team. We are looking for a skilled professional with expertise in one-on-one patient care, specializing in sports injuries and various massage therapy modalities.

Pay Rate: ​ $20/hr base + commission from each client (negotiable, depending on experience) + tips (if applicable)

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough assessments of patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide exceptional massage therapy services to address sports injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, and promote overall wellness.
• Utilize a wide range of massage therapy modalities, including but not limited to Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy.
• Utilize sports therapy massage techniques: Exercise, stretching, cupping, massage gun use and more. 
• Customize treatments based on individual patient preferences, conditions, and goals.
• Collaborate with the chiropractic team to provide comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatments, progress, and any relevant patient information.
• Educate patients on self-care techniques and exercises to support their recovery and well-being.

Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work of the United States of America.
• Valid California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC) license.
• Minimum 1 years of experience as a Massage Therapist, with a focus on one-on-one patient care and/or sports injuries.
• Proficiency in various massage therapy modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy.
• Proficient in sports therapy massage techniques: Exercise, stretching, cupping, massage gun use and more. 
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy, musculoskeletal conditions, and sports injury treatment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients.
• Strong ethical standards and professionalism in all interactions.
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with the latest massage therapy techniques and research.
