We're delighted to announce that our practice welcomes patients with OUT-OF-NETWORK PPO insurance plans. Kindly be aware that we do not accept Kaiser insurance or IEHP. Please note that if you have Anthem, Aetna, United HealthCare, or similar plans, you may have out-of-network chiropractic coverage.
Please note that all patients will be charged based on our cash rate during your appointment visit. It's your sole responsibility as the patient to verify your out-of-network coverage with your insurance plan for reimbursement, as coverage varies between plans.
If you require itemized statements or receipts to submit to your insurance for reimbursement, you can access them through your patient portal, or we can furnish them upon your request.
For individuals without insurance, opting not to utilize insurance, or those enrolled in an HMO plan, you will be classified as a "Cash Patient."
